Ward Clerk to work at a facility in
Colorado Springs , CO. These are

Pay Rate: $25 / hour
Shift Details:
The requirements are:- At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Ward Clerk
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Medical and billing experience
Job Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls and greet patients or visitors
- Maintain and update patient records and charts
- Schedule appointments, tests, and procedures
- Enter patient information into the hospital system
- Assist nurses and doctors with administrative tasks
- Prepare and organize medical documents and forms
- Coordinate communication between departments
- Order and manage office or medical supplies
- Ensure patient files are complete and accurate
- Follow hospital policies and confidentiality rules
