Registered Nurse (RN General, Dialysis, Mental Health) - Region 1
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – General / Dialysis / Mental Health
Pay rate: $45-$50 an hr
Location: Lima, OH 45801 (On-site)
Schedule: 2nd Shift 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, plus every 3rd weekend (OT may be available)
Type: Contract to hire
Position Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in an institutional/acute setting supporting a diverse population. This role includes assessment, medication administration, treatment execution, documentation, and response to urgent medical events.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Perform nursing assessments, make rounds, record vitals, and document patient progress
Administer prescribed medications and treatments (including time-sensitive care)
Respond to emergencies (first aid, triage, escalation/transport coordination as needed)
Provide and/or support specialized procedures as assigned (may include IV therapy, wound care, oxygen therapy, catheterization, tube feeding, phlebotomy, dialysis, etc.)
Coordinate care and maintain accurate clinical documentation, incident reports, and medication logs
Support team operations and may help guide lower-level staff on shift (as needed)
Qualifications
Requirements
Active Ohio RN license (in good standing)
Current CPR / BLS (healthcare-provider level)
Ability to work in a secure environment and follow facility protocols
Must be able to complete required onboarding documents and screening requirements quickly (time-sensitive)
Work Environment / Security Notes (candidate-facing)
This is a secure facility environment. Staff should expect screening procedures upon entry and must follow clear-bag and other on-site security rules.
Benefits (W2)
Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days. 401(k) with company match available after 1 year (per plan rules).
