Details- Full Time Schedules
- Some weekends may be required
- 8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility
- Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)
- 40hours/week, Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Duties- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms
- Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment
- Take dental X-rays (as permitted by certification)
- Prepare and maintain dental materials and supplies
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Record patient information and update dental records
- Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited educational institution
- Licensed as a Dental Assistant by the State in NC. The license MUST be in good standing
- 1 year of experience
