Position Detail:

• Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Duration: 14 weeks, 40 hours/Weekly
• Location: Crestview FL
• Facility: Okaloosa County Jail
• Facility Address: 1200 James Lee Blvd (US Highway 90 East) Crestview , Florida 32539
• Shift: 12 hrs Night (6:00 PM to 6:30 AM)

• BLS-AHA
• Updated Resume
• FL State License
• Covid Card
• Two Professional Reference
