Responsibilities

• Processing travel requests for domestic and international trips using internal company system and GDS.
• Contacting hotels to request conference room space, guest room blocks and seek customer folio's (receipts).
• Perform administration duties and work with associated departments on all travel related questions and issues.
• Booking Air, Hotel, Rental cars, Rail, long-term housing and more while following company approval processes.
• Engaging with department team, other company departments and vendors.
• Compiling reports for various business units.
• This position will require you to work weekends on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of of travel industry (Global Distribution System experience preferred) with a high school diploma
• 0+ years of experience with a Bachelor degree

Pay Range

USD $65,280.00 - USD $81,600.00 /Yr.
