What You Will Do

• Lead complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative legal strategies that align with client objectives.
• Negotiate and draft high-stakes agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments to identify potential legal issues and provide actionable solutions.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, promoting a culture of learning and professional development within the firm.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex corporate transactions from inception to completion.

Compensation and Benefits
