Corporate Transactions Attorney: Grow Your Practice in Suburban Pittsburgh

Our client, a well-established regional firm, is seeking a Corporate Transactions Attorney with 4+ years of experience for its Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania office. The firm serves closely held businesses, manufacturers, technology companies, and their owners throughout Western Pennsylvania.

This is an in-office role in Cranberry Township, offering a collaborative team environment, an easy commute, and direct access to firm leadership.

What You'll Do

• Handle mergers, acquisitions, and business sales from letter of intent through closing
• Draft and negotiate operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts
• Advise clients on entity formation, governance, and succession planning
• Conduct due diligence and prepare disclosure schedules
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and management teams

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or business transactional experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to build client relationships and manage multiple transactions
• Willingness to work in office as part of a close-knit team
