Corporate Transactions Attorney: Deal Flow with Hybrid Flexibility in Philadelphia

Our client, a respected Center City Philadelphia firm with a busy corporate group, is seeking a Corporate Transactions Attorney with 4+ years of experience. The team advises middle-market companies, private owners, and entrepreneurs on acquisitions, financings, and commercial contracts.

This is a hybrid role in Philadelphia. You will balance in-office collaboration with remote workdays while owning key pieces of live transactions.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, financing documents, and commercial contracts
• Run due diligence and manage closing processes
• Advise clients on deal structure and risk
• Support ongoing corporate governance and commercial needs
• Work closely with partners and multidisciplinary teams

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate transactional experience
• Strong drafting and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deal workstreams
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule
