Corporate Transactions Attorney: Mid-Level Deal Role with Hybrid Flexibility in Miramar

Our client, a well-established South Florida law firm, is seeking a mid-level Corporate Transactions Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its Miramar office. The transactional team advises middle-market companies, founders, and investors on acquisitions and dispositions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and cross-border business matters.

This is a hybrid position. You will divide your week between the Miramar office and home.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and other transactional documents
• Manage due diligence and closing processes for mergers and acquisitions
• Structure and document joint ventures, investments, and strategic transactions
• Coordinate with tax, real estate, and employment colleagues on deal issues
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for business clients

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or transactional experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple deals at once
• Excellent client service and communication skills
