Corporate Transactions Attorney: South Florida Deal Work with Hybrid Flexibility in Hollywood

Our client, a well-established South Florida law firm, is seeking a Corporate Transactions Attorney with 4+ years of experience for its Hollywood, Florida office. The firm advises entrepreneurs, family businesses, investors, and middle-market companies on acquisitions, financings, and day-to-day corporate matters throughout Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.

This is a hybrid role, combining in-office collaboration in Hollywood with the flexibility to work from home part of the week.

What You'll Do

• Structure and negotiate business acquisitions, sales, and investments
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, financing documents, and commercial contracts
• Form entities and prepare operating and shareholder agreements
• Coordinate due diligence and closings
• Advise clients on governance, compliance, and growth strategy

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate transactional experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions with minimal supervision
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
