Corporate Transactions Attorney: Hybrid Deal Work in Boca Raton

We are working with a highly regarded firm in Boca Raton, Florida that is seeking a Corporate Transactions Attorney with 4+ years of experience. You will handle mergers and acquisitions, financings, entity formation, and day-to-day corporate counseling for a sophisticated South Florida client base.

This is a hybrid role. You will collaborate in the Boca Raton office several days a week and enjoy focused remote days for drafting and deal execution.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of transaction and commercial agreements
• Form and maintain business entities and advise on governance
• Counsel clients on practical business issues throughout each deal
• Coordinate with tax, employment, and real estate counsel as needed

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate transactional experience
• Meaningful M&A or financing experience preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Based in or able to regularly work from the Boca Raton / Palm Beach County area
