Job Details

Qualifications:

• Paralegal Certificate or related degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, with a focus on corporate and transactional work
• Experience with entity formation, maintenance, and dissolution, including multi-state Secretary of State filings
• Strong background in real estate and financing closings, including closing documents, checklists, and closing binders
• Hands-on experience filing UCC financing statements and conducting and reviewing UCC/lien searches
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and provide timely updates in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with iManage, Kofax, InTapp, virtual data rooms, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to meet a 1,600-hour annual billable requirement
• Ability to work fully in-office, 5 days per week, in Fort Worth
• Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
