Corporate Transactional Attorney (Mid to Senior Level)

An established Connecticut law firm is hiring a mid to senior level Corporate Transactional Attorney for its New London office. They're flexible on level, from an experienced associate to a lateral partner with a book of business. This is an immediate need, and they're ready to interview and move quickly for the right person.

What you'll do

• Handle corporate and transactional matters for the firm's clients
• Take on responsibility that matches your experience level
• Work closely with the firm's partners
• Grow your own practice and client relationships

What you bring

• JD and an active Connecticut bar license (required)
• A license in a neighboring state is a plus
• Mid to senior level corporate transactional experience
• A book of business is a plus, but not required
• Located within commuting distance of New London, CT
