Corporate Transactional Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney to join our legal team. As a Corporate Transactional Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of corporate transactions and legal matters for our clients. This role requires a strong background in corporate law, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating various corporate agreements and contracts
• Providing legal advice and guidance on corporate governance issues
• Assisting with mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and other transactional matters
• Reviewing and analyzing legal documents and agreements
• Collaborating with internal teams and external parties to facilitate successful transactions

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing corporate law
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
