How You’ll Contribute

You’ll be the steady hand across daily accounting tasks and tax filings—moving from AP/AR assistance to bank reconciliations, from organizing financial records to ensuring returns are filed correctly and on time. Your work underpins month-end and year-end closes and supports audits and compliance efforts.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual and/or business tax returns
• Maintain accurate financial records and compile reports
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and post financial transactions
• Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulatory requirements
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Collaborate with clients on financial and tax-related inquiries

Skills & Experience

• Academic or professional background in accounting, finance, or related field
• Applied understanding of tax preparation and accounting principles
• Rigorous attention to detail paired with strong organization
• Experience using accounting software tools
• Effective communication and practical problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Hands-on experience in tax or accounting roles
• CPA license or active progress toward certification
