Technical Oversight: Conduct primary reviews of ASC 740 income tax provision engagements and corporate tax returns; identify tax savings opportunities and process improvements.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train senior associates and interns; perform "in-charge" roles and conduct performance reviews.
Strategic Advisory: Research complex tax matters and respond to inquiries from the IRS and state authorities; act as a key advisor to client management.
Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand services for existing and prospective clients.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Technical Pedigree: Recent experience within a Top 15 Public Accounting firm.
ASC 740 Mastery: Proven experience in ASC 740 provision preparation, review, and audit support for large, multi-state or global companies.
Location: Commitment to the hybrid schedule (3 days/week) in Fort Lauderdale.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
Industry Experience: Exposure to Manufacturing, Tech, Pharma, Food & Beverage, Engineering, or Telecom.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with OneSource Tax Provision (OTP).
Career Stability: A history of steady career progression.
Industry Transitions: Candidates who left public accounting 2–3 years ago for an industry role are encouraged to apply.
