Job Description

This person will also maintain thorough tax records for the organization, compiling reports on expenditures, payroll, and revenue. In addition to serving an important role within the accounting department, the tax associate will work across teams to communicate tax strategy to key employees throughout the organization.

Corporate Tax Associate - Attorney 

Pay Rate: $200 000-350 000

Our Client seeks an attorney with 4 to 6 years of corporate transactional experience for the corporate/tax group. 

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a broad practice of corporate transactional work, including private equity M&A and financings, joint ventures, strategic alliance transactions and restructuring for investment funds.
• Candidates should have an interest in broad-based transactional work.
• Experience with tax work is a plus.
• Candidates should have top US or Canadian academics and law firm credentials.
