    Bring your knowledge and energy to SOPHiA GENETICS as our new Corporate Strategy Associate. Reporting to our Chief of Staff, you will have the opportunity to help shape and create SOPHiA GENETIC"s long-term growth strategy.

    This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days on site per week in Boston, MA.

To help us achieve our ambitious mission, we are now searching for a Corporate Strategy Associate to join our team in Boston.

    Your Mission:

    • Define our long-term growth strategy and support the development of our long-range business plan
    • Perform quantitative analyses and partner with executive leadership to drive quarterly and annual goal-setting
    • Construct executive and Board-level presentations to share key insights and recommendations with company leadership
    • Lead high priority strategic projects from ideation through to implementation (e.g., pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, business transformations, organizational design, process improvement)
    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (including executive-level sponsors) to drive cross-departmental initiatives to reach growth goals
