Job Requirements:
Our Corporate practice is seeking associates with at least four to five years of post-JD experience.
Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:
- Advising public companies in ongoing SEC representation and capital markets transactions.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, and carve-out transactions.
- Advising companies through all stages of growth including business formation and equity financings.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills including managing teams on transactions.
- Demonstrated experience training and mentoring junior associates.
Qualifications:- Juris Doctor
- Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
- Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
