POSITION SUMMARY
The Corporate Safety Program Manager (West Region) plays a key role in advancing Anning-Johnson Company’s safety culture and risk management strategy across multiple trades and districts. This is a corporate governance and program development role, not a site-based safety position.
As part of the Corporate Risk & Safety team, this individual designs, implements, and standardizes company-wide safety programs, policies, and training initiatives. Using data analysis, incident trends, and root cause insights, they ensure consistent compliance, communication, and continuous improvement across all operating districts.
The ideal candidate brings both field credibility and corporate acumen — combining hands-on construction experience with several years in a district or regional safety management capacity where they’ve led program development, training, and policy implementation.
