Position Summary
Build and sustain safety leadership capability across the enterprise by developing a structured career architecture, standardizing onboarding, and creating world-class training programs that grow future safety leaders.
Position Details
Develop and maintain a Safety Competency Model for all levels and roles.
Serve as custodian of all safety training programs ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
Grow Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) capability.
Standardize onboarding and build career pathways for safety professionals.
Partner with HR on succession plans and leadership pipelines.
Support onboarding of regional safety leaders with mentoring and structured development.
Design Foreman/General Foreman/PM/PE Leadership Curriculum.
Build engineering hazard-awareness training.
Provide governance oversight for regional safety training programs.
Lead Safety Leadership Summits and enterprise capability events.
Develop mentorship program connecting emerging leaders with senior experts.
Qualifications
Proven background in leadership development or organizational learning.
Experience designing structured training programs.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and HOP.
Ability to partner with HR, Talent, Operations, and Safety Governance.
Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
