Provides legal advice, strategies, and solutions to all business functional areas, including Market Management, Marketing, Underwriting, Actuarial, Operations/IT, Finance, PS&RS, Claims, and Human Resources. Possesses strong drafting skills, creating contracts, product forms, and other documents as appropriate to support business divisions and to address corporate policy/compliance issues.
