Overview
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting to support Engineering and Information Technology hiring needs. Partners with business leaders to develop talent strategies, source and attract top talent, and drive hiring results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
• 
  
• Partner with leaders and HR to develop recruiting strategies.
• 
  
• Recruit for Engineering, IT, Project Management, and Product Management roles.
• 
  
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• 
  
• Analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to drive hiring decisions.
• 
  
• Lead talent acquisition initiatives and continuous process improvements.
• 
  
• Manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• 
  
• Experience with high-volume recruiting.
• 
  
• Experience recruiting technical talent, including mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers.
• 
  
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• 
  
• Ability to analyze and present recruiting data and insights.
• 
  
• Proven success in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• 
  

Education

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
