    Description

    The Corporate Recruiter will perform full life cycle recruiting of mid to senior level talent using proactive sourcing techniques.

    This is an on-site position

    Qualifications:

    • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 4+ years of recruiting experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently; tenacity and initiative.
    • Strong persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience managing multiple requisitions, projects and priorities at any given time.
    • Strong attention to detail and deadlines with a focus on delivering results.
    • Extensive experience with internet sourcing and implementing creative recruiting/sourcing strategies.
    • Prior experience recruiting of technical and engineering candidates.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with manager of Human Resources to analyze staffing needs and develops cost-effective recruitment strategies and programs to attract candidates to achieve required staffing levels.
    • Research, identify and locate qualified candidates through innovative search methods- including cold-calling, networking, internet search tools and mining.
    • Develop recruiting resources and work with the Director of Human Resources to conform to budget requirements. This includes adding tools, attending fairs and tradeshows and implementing other resources as needed.
    • Initiates contact and pre-screens qualified candidates for specific job openings.
    • Coordinates communications and arranges interviews with applicants and hiring managers.
    • Protects operation by keeping information confidential.
    • Observes and adheres to DMP data classification standards.
    • Observes company policies. Continuously strives to find processes that create improved efficiency while maintaining conformance to requirements.
    • May perform related duties or fill in for others in the department or other departments when requested. May train or instruct fellow workers regarding own duties.
    • Contributes to team effort by performing other duties as assigned. Job duties are subject to change as directed by management.
