The Corporate Recruiter will source, interview, select, and place applicants for all internal Nesco Resource roles across both lines of business. Working closely with hiring managers throughout the organization, this person will build sourcing strategies, manage candidates from first contact through offer, and support a wide variety of HR tasks, including compensation, benefits, and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Recruiter Job in Cleveland, OH:

Sourcing and Recruiting

• Independently source and recruit applicants through job boards, social media, corporate career sites, and other channels.
• Screen and interview candidates, and select qualified applicants to move forward in the process.
• Anticipate future openings and build talent pipelines through frequent contact with hiring managers across the organization.
• Lead campus recruiting and connect with civic, social, and professional groups to share job opportunities.

Hiring Manager Partnership

• Hold strategy sessions with hiring managers to define job requirements and establish sourcing strategies.
• Interpret job descriptions and translate them into targeted candidate searches.
• Recommend candidates for hire and arrange in-person interviews with hiring managers.

Candidate Management and Offers

• Prepare candidates for interviews, including the nature of the role and who they will be meeting with.
• Negotiate salary, wages, and benefits between hiring managers and candidates.
• Compose offer packages, including offer letters, and communicate hiring decisions to candidates.

Recruiting Operations

• Enter pre-qualified candidates, job postings, and notes into the company's candidate database.
• Maintain accurate data and documentation throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools.

Qualifications of the Corporate Recruiter Job in Cleveland, OH:

Required

• Previous recruiting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills and business ethics.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree.
• Experience in staffing or corporate talent acquisition.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and campus recruiting.

Physical and Work Environment

• Ability to sit at a desk or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including a computer, keyboard, mouse, calculator, copier, and phones.
