Summary:
As a Recruiter for RF-SMART, you will live out our mission of transforming our customers and changing lives by equipping our organization with exceptional professional level team members. You will partner with Hiring Managers to enable the growth of our company by marketing, sourcing, assessing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Establish a partnership with Hiring Managers to prioritize current and upcoming hiring needs, build and execute recruitment strategies, and drive the hiring process
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a robust and diverse talent pipeline
  • Utilize various sourcing tactics such as job boards, job fairs, referrals, networking, and social media
  • Work cross-functionally to adhere to processes and procedures, including compliance requirements
  • Conduct interviews via phone, Zoom Meeting and/or in-person
  • Create, deliver, and negotiate offers
  • Develop and track recruiting and hiring process/metrics so that the processes are transparent and measurable
  • Provide insight into talent acquisition activities and metrics
  • Create a world-class experience for candidates and hiring managers
 
Education and Experience:
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business field, or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of supply chain and ERP’s such as Oracle Cloud SCM and NetSuite are a plus
  • Experience working for a global company in a corporate environment, filling professional and management positions
  • Experience in international hiring, primarily in UK, Australia and Canada
  • Experience working in a SAAS environment
  • Employment Law and EEOC knowledge
