Job Description Position Title: Corporate Recruiter/ HR Assistant Department: Human Resources Reports to: Human Resources Lead Employment Status: Full-time FLSA Status: Exempt Position Summary The Recruiter/HR Assistant will focus primarily on sourcing candidates and managing the company’s recruiting systems and processes. This role will involve screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting reference and background checks, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. The recruiter will also work closely with hiring managers to develop strategies that align with company goals and staffing needs. In addition to recruiting, this position will assist the corporate team and HR department as needed with general HR functions.
