Job Description

Draft and review corporate documents, including resolutions, agreements, and filings. Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate governance documents with regulatory agencies. Maintain and organize corporate records and legal documentation. Coordinate and manage transactions, including due diligence and closing processes. Conduct legal research and provide summaries to support the legal team. Assist with compliance matters and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel as needed. Handle administrative tasks related to the legal department's operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Paralegal should have: Experience with corporate governance and legal documentation. Proficiency in managing transactions and supporting due diligence processes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to conduct legal research and analyze data effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of legal procedures and regulatory requirements.
