Join a growing office, excellent benefits.Job DescriptionAssist in the preparation and filing of corporate legal documents, including resolutions, agreements, and filings with regulatory authorities. Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with governance standards. Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders on various legal matters. Conduct legal research to support the legal team's activities. Support due diligence processes and manage transactional documentation. Manage and track deadlines for corporate filings and compliance requirements.
