LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well-established Orlando law firm seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support a busy and dynamic corporate practice. This position offers exposure to high-profile transactions, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work alongside accomplished attorneys in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
Partner with attorneys on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.
Prepare, review, and organize corporate documents, contracts, and legal filings.
Support entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and governance matters.
Coordinate due diligence efforts and assist with all aspects of transaction closings.
Prepare and maintain closing binders, corporate records, and compliance documentation.
Manage annual reports, corporate registrations, and ongoing entity maintenance.
Track critical deadlines and ensure transactions remain on schedule.
Communicate directly with clients, attorneys, lenders, governmental agencies, and third parties throughout the lifecycle of transactions.
Utilize legal technology and document management systems to support efficient matter management.
Qualifications
3+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
Experience supporting business transactions, corporate governance matters, entity formations, and M&A activities.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management software.
