Corporate Paralegal

We're looking for a paralegal to support our in-house legal team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Manage legal intake process, workflow tracking, and record maintenance to ensure timely handling of requests in accordance with established processes.
• Partner with Legal Counsel to develop and maintain legal playbooks, standard operating procedures, and internal compliance guidance.
• Oversee Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) management, including preparation, tracking, execution, and record maintenance.
• Administer contracts by monitoring key milestones, expiration dates, renewal deadlines, and compliance requirements.
• Manage intake and fulfillment of Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests from customers and vendors and liaise with insurance brokers to issue certificates

• 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Experience in a manufacturing environment desired
• Paralegal certificate or Legal Studies background is a plus
