Your Impact

In this role, you won’t just be behind a desk—you’ll be a key collaborator across our entire organization. Your responsibilities include:

• Corporate & Contract Management: Reviewing, drafting, and organizing vendor agreements, leases, and corporate records.
• People & Compliance: Supporting HR with employee relations documentation, compliance tracking, and policy administration.
• Operational Legal Support: Partnering with brand leadership to manage licensing, permits, and insurance claims across multiple locations.
• Strategic Coordination: Acting as the bridge between the company and outside counsel on litigation, labor matters, and franchise issues.
• Research & Insight: Conducting regulatory research to keep our hospitality operations ahead of the curve.
• Executive Support: Handling sensitive information with absolute discretion and assisting leadership on high-priority special projects.

Who You Are

We are looking for a proactive professional who takes initiative and loves variety.

• Experienced: You have a solid background as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• Industry Savvy: Experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations is a major plus.
• Organized & Agile: You can juggle competing priorities without breaking a sweat or missing a detail.
• A Strong Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal skills and can collaborate effectively across different departments.
• Tech-Forward: You are proficient with Microsoft Office and modern document management systems.
• Certified: A Paralegal or Notary Public certification will move your resume to the top of the pile.
