Responsibilities:
- Provide corporate oversight of behavioral health services.
- Support behavioral health leadership at the Adult Correctional Center and Juvenile Detention Center.
- Develop and monitor behavioral health policies, procedures, and clinical practices.
- Support suicide prevention, crisis intervention, psychiatric services, and behavioral health programming.
- Monitor behavioral health quality, outcomes, compliance, and performance.
- Provide consultation regarding complex behavioral health matters.
- Support behavioral health staff training and performance improvement.
