Responsibilities:

• Lead mergers, acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions
• Advise clients on deal strategy and corporate matters

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar admission
• Extensive senior-level M&A experience
• No book of business required

Compensation and benefits:

• $300,000-$400,000 base plus high bonuses
• Hybrid schedule
• Comprehensive benefits package
