Corporate M&A Attorney: Mid-Level Deal Work with Hybrid Flexibility in San Francisco

We are assisting our client, a prestigious firm with a strong San Francisco Corporate Group, in a confidential search for a mid-level Corporate M&A Attorney with 4+ years of experience. The group advises on the full spectrum of transaction-related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, general corporate counseling, and governance.

This is a hybrid role. You will have substantial responsibility on deals, direct client contact from day one, and a flexible schedule that balances in-office collaboration with focused work from home.

What You'll Do

• Take substantial responsibility on mergers and acquisitions transactions
• Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents
• Advise clients on day-to-day corporate counseling and governance matters
• Interact directly with clients throughout the life of each deal
• Coordinate with tax, employment, and other specialists to close transactions efficiently

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate transactional experience with meaningful M&A exposure
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent academic credentials; big-firm or sophisticated midsize training preferred
• Client-ready communication skills and a collaborative deal-team mindset
