Corporate & M&A Attorney

I'm recruiting corporate and M&A attorneys for Boston-area law firms. You'd handle deals from term sheet through closing, with real client contact and responsibility early on.

What you'll do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, merger agreements, and disclosure schedules
• Lead or support due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Form entities and draft operating agreements, bylaws, and shareholder agreements
• Advise on venture financings, governance, and general corporate matters
• Coordinate with tax, employment, and IP colleagues on deal issues

What you bring

• JD and an active Massachusetts bar license (or eligibility to waive in)
• About 3-8 years of corporate and/or M&A experience
• Careful drafting and sound commercial judgment
• Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines at once
