Corporate / M&A Attorney (4+ years)

A respected Northern Virginia business law firm is looking for a corporate and M&A attorney to serve as the day-to-day legal advisor for its clients, working much like an outside general counsel. You'll handle mergers and acquisitions from start to finish, including drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, and advise growing companies on their ongoing corporate matters.

What you'll need

- 4 to 5+ years of corporate and M&A experience

- An active Virginia and/or California bar license

- Substantial experience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements

- Comfort being the main point of contact for clients

Preferred

- Private equity and add-on acquisition experience

- Clients in technology, software or healthcare

Salary: $145,000 - $160,000. Hybrid.
