Aligned Talent Acquisition is partnering with a nationally recognized Am Law firm seeking an experienced Corporate / M&A Associate Attorney to join its established Business practice in Cincinnati, OH.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated transactional work and wants to take on meaningful responsibility, collaborate with experienced corporate attorneys, and advise clients on complex business transactions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of substantive corporate and M&A experience, preferably involving sophisticated middle-market or complex transactions.

• Experience handling mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and general business transactions.

• Familiarity with entity formation, corporate governance, financing, and restructuring.

• Experience with fund formation and strategic joint ventures is highly desirable.

• Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Sound business judgment and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a collaborative environment.

Attorneys will have opportunities to:

• Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

• Advise businesses on entity formation and corporate governance.

• Structure and negotiate financing and restructuring transactions.

• Assist with fund formation and strategic joint ventures.

• Draft and negotiate complex transactional agreements.

• Work closely with experienced partners and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
