This Corporate Legal Secretary position will support attorneys in the Corporate practice area, including calendar management, timekeeping, expense reporting, billing, and managing communication on the attorney's behalf, both internally and externally.

This top ranked firm has offices across the US and globally. This is a hybrid position 3-4 days in office in LA.
Description
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as required.
- Handle filing and organization of legal documents, both electronically and physically, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other team members to provide updates and facilitate smooth workflows.
- Assist in billing processes, including preparing invoices and tracking billable hours.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all compliance requirements.
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external use.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.

Profile
A successful Corporate Legal Secretary should have:
- 3+ years of experience in legal administrative support - ideally supporting large teams of attorneys.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and document preparation processes.
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
