    Position Overview
    The Corporate Legal Secretary will provide high-level administrative and transactional support to attorneys handling complex corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience supporting attorneys throughout corporate transactions and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
     
    Key Responsibilities 
    • Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in corporate and transactional matters
    • Prepare, revise, and finalize corporate documents, agreements, and correspondence
    • Assist with document management throughout mergers, acquisitions, financings, and other corporate transactions
    • Coordinate closings, compile closing binders, and maintain transaction files
    • Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls
    • Conduct filings with Secretary of State and other regulatory agencies
    • Maintain corporate records, entity formations, and governance documentation
    • Handle time entry, billing support, and expense reports
    • Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
