    [Position] Corporate IT Operations Specialist

    [Location] Los Angeles, CA

    [Employment Type] Full-Time, Exempt



    Key Responsibilities

    • Corporate IT Helpdesk & Service Delivery
    • Oversee the corporate IT Helpdesk, managing end-to-end IT service requests and incident resolution for both corporate offices and warehouse facilities.
    • Manage the lifecycle of corporate IT assets (Laptops, Desktops, Peripherals) from procurement, provisioning, inventory tracking, to secure disposal.
    • Develop, maintain, and manage IT knowledge base (KB) articles and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to empower end-users and streamline support processes.
    • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
    • Manage employee lifecycle identity processes: account provisioning (onboarding), deprovisioning (offboarding), and role-based access control (RBAC).
    • Corporate Information Security & Tool Operations
    • Enforce and monitor corporate information security policies and compliance standards.
    • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain security tools (Endpoint Protection/EDR, DLP, Email Security, IAM/SSO solutions).

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT Management, or a related field.
    • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in Corporate IT operations, Helpdesk management, or Systems Administration.
    • Experience managing IT service tickets (Incidents & Requests) across multiple sites, including corporate offices and warehouse/logistics environments.
    • Experience establishing IT asset management policies, procurement workflows, and TCO/ROI-based budget planning.
    • Experience operating enterprise-level IAM and security tools.
    • Skill/Knowledge:
    • Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow, Zendesk) for ticket and knowledge base management
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, and Enterprise IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD).
    • Strong understanding of endpoint security tools, patch management, and backup/recovery procedures.
    • Knowledge of corporate security compliance frameworks and best practices.
    • Communication: Strong bilingual verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean to effectively liaise with US stakeholders and global HQ.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Skills & Experience:
    • Experience setting up Corporate IT infrastructure and policies for a growing US subsidiary.
    • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, ITIL).
    • Character & Responsibility:
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing high-quality internal customer service.
    • Proactive communicator who can collaborate effectively with HR, Legal, and Global IT & Security organization.
