This includes:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefitsRetirement savings plans with company contributionsEmployer-paid life and short-term disability insuranceOptional additional coverage (life, long-term disability)Generous paid time off and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Opportunities for growth and development within a global, forward-thinking companyThis is a full-time Corporate HR Generalist position based in Humble, TX.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CORPORATE HR GENERALISTAs a Corporate HR Generalist, you will support employees throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and orientation to employee changes, transfers, promotions, leaves of absence, and offboarding. You will work closely with the Corporate HR Manager to ensure processes run smoothly while maintaining accurate employee records, overseeing HRIS data integrity, and assisting with reporting and process documentation. Your day will include supporting benefits and leave administration, responding to employee and manager questions, coordinating communications, and helping ensure compliance with company policies and employment-related requirements. You will also contribute to policy development, HR system improvements, company-wide HR initiatives, and process improvement efforts designed to increase consistency, efficiency, scalability, and the overall employee experience. Throughout your work, you will collaborate with employees, leaders, colleagues, and cross-functional teams to support business needs and help strengthen operations across the organization.Here's what we need from you:Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field4+ years of progressive human resources experienceExperience in an HR Generalist, Corporate HR, or similar Human Resources roleWorking knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, compliance, HR operations, and the employee lifecycleExperience working with HRIS systems and employee data managementStrong organizational, project management, and prioritization skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong judgment and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive informationStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently, take initiative, and drive work through completionAbility to research issues, evaluate options, and provide thoughtful recommendationsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a multi-location organizationExperience working in a manufacturing environmentExperience with HRIS implementation, optimization, or system upgradesProfessional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalentExperience supporting company-wide HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and policy developmentABOUT US:At Resilient Structures, we're redefining reliable energy infrastructure with innovative composite utility poles that are lighter, stronger, and more sustainable than traditional materials.
