Corporate HR Business Analyst Our client, an industry leader with operations in the Triad (central NC) has an immediate need for a Corporate HR Business Analyst. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Comp and Benefits the HR Business Analyst assists the HR department with identifying and solving HR related issues. The HR Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, creating reports, and managing the implementation of new HR systems and programs. Essential Job Duties: Collect and evaluate HR data and metrics to make recommendations to leadership. Work in partnership with internal departments to deliver data driven solutions. Lead and participate in HR and Payroll related projects and initiatives for the Company. Perform internal audits of Payroll, HR and benefits to ensure compliance with Company requirements. Develop and support Ceridian enhancement projects and reporting requests. Facilitate educational efforts for all Payroll, HR and Benefit system changes. May assist local HR departments as needed. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
