Job Description

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of corporate records, including board resolutions, minutes, and governance documents.

Support compliance with regulatory requirements and filing obligations.

Coordinate and manage corporate filings, including annual reports and other required submissions.

Maintain and organize the legal department's database and documentation systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Conduct legal research to support corporate governance initiatives and projects.

Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to corporate governance.

Provide administrative support to the legal department as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Governance Paralegal should have:

Experience with corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Strong organizational and document management skills.

Ability to conduct legal research and analyze legal documents.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams.

Proficiency with legal databases and software tools.
