The Role

HII has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Treasury Analyst for Investments & Trusts. The Corporate Treasury Analyst for Investments & Trusts reports to the Director of Investments and Trusts and is an integral member of an investment team that oversees and manages $15 billion of employee benefit plan and corporate assets. The position supports all areas pertaining to pension asset allocation, investment manager relationships, investment strategy, investment risk management, potential liability reduction transactions, and regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.

Additionally, the Corporate Treasury Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day activities and transactions associated with the private asset program, to include but not limited to, capital calls, distributions, valuation updates, performance analysis, tracking unfunded commitments, and compliance activities.

  • Administers day-to-day activities and transactions related to trust and investment operations, including funding transfers, contributions, expense disbursements and benefit payments;
  • Monitors and ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, investment policy and guidelines, and company policies and procedures;
  • Prepares reports, analyses and presentations for the Investment Committee and executive management;
  • Supports the development of a robust risk management program associated with the pension investment portfolio.
  • Supports compliance reviews, internal and external audits, reporting requirements, corporate planning, and business analyses.

Must Have

Bachelors Degree and 6 years of relevant exempt experience; Master's Degree and 4 year of relevant professional experience

Nice to Have

BA in Business Administration, Finance or Economics, with 4 to 6 years of investment or related experience.

MBA, CFA or related certification.

Background with all types of asset classes and investments, liability-driven investing, and trust administration.

Strong analytical and administrative abilities, along with well-developed team collaboration, communication, presentation skills.
