Corporate Finance Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Corporate Finance Manager responsible for managing financial risk, overseeing cash flow and corporate credit facilities, and serving as the primary liaison with banking partners for reporting, audits, and appraisals. This role also leads accounting initiatives and manages the full lifecycle of assigned finance and accounting projects.

This is an on‑site position.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required
• CPA and/or MBA preferred

Key Qualifications

• Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills
• Strong proficiency in financial systems and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem‑solving abilities
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• In‑depth knowledge of GAAP and corporate financial controls

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop long‑term financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses
• Manage capital budgeting and evaluate investment opportunities
• Oversee financial reporting and communicate insights to leadership
• Monitor cash flow, credit facilities, and borrowing base compliance
• Prepare required bank reporting and act as liaison for audits and appraisals
• Produce short‑ and long‑term cash flow forecasts
• Approve ACH and wire transfers as needed
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Lead and support cross‑functional financial projects
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
• Support inventory forecasting and other ad hoc financial initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
