About the Role
This is a senior healthcare operations role overseeing employer health centers serving a Fortune 500 client across three states. We are seeking candidates with direct experience operating employee health clinics, employer-sponsored wellness centers, corporate workplace clinics, or similar onsite healthcare models.
This is not a traditional practice management role. The right candidate will be a builder and operator who can strengthen workflows, standardize processes, create accountability, and use data to improve performance across multiple clinic locations.
The clinical model and client relationship are already in place. What is needed now is an experienced healthcare operations leader who can bring consistency, structure, and scalable operational discipline across sites in New Jersey, Georgia, and California.
What You Will Do
• Oversee operations across three employer health center locations.
• Standardize SOPs, workflows, escalation pathways, and best practices.
• Build and manage KPI dashboards and operational reporting tools.
• Analyze utilization, staffing, engagement, and performance data.
• Lead implementation of new services, process improvements, and technology changes.
• Partner with corporate client stakeholders in a polished, executive-facing environment.
• Develop staffing models, coverage plans, onboarding processes, and accountability structures.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Procurement, and clinical leadership.
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions before issues become client-facing.
• Support a culture of accountability, consistency, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.
• Multi-site operational oversight experience.
• Direct experience operating employee health clinics, employer-sponsored wellness centers, corporate workplace clinics, occupational health clinics, or onsite healthcare programs strongly preferred.
• Experience building or improving SOPs, workflows, implementation plans, or scalable operating processes.
• Strong experience with KPIs, dashboards, reporting, staffing models, and performance improvement.
• Ability to use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Executive presence and strong communication skills.
• Experience working with corporate stakeholders or client-facing healthcare environments.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Clinical background such as RN, NP, or similar welcomed but not required.

Final candidates may be asked to provide:
• A sample 30/60/90-day operational plan
• Examples of operational reporting, SOPs, dashboards, or implementation frameworks built from scratch.
