Corporate Director of Marketing Department: Corporate MarketingLocation: Atlanta, IN Headquarters (On-Site)Reports To: CEOEmployment Status: Full-Time; Exempt (Salary)POSITION SUMMARY The Corporate Director of Marketing leads companywide marketing strategy and execution for Reynolds Farm Equipment. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role strengthens the brand and supports growth in equipment sales, parts, and service across Agriculture, Lawn and Garden, and Compact Construction Equipment, along with agronomy and data management services. The director leads one full-time Marketing Specialist, a seasonal Marketing Intern when applicable, and external agency partners. This position manages marketing and manufacturer co-op budgets and partners with department and store leaders to turn business priorities into coordinated, measurable campaigns. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution support as needed. The director works alongside the Marketing Specialist to complete projects and meet deadlines while maintaining clear priorities and accountability for results. Duties may be added, modified, or reassigned as business needs and the position evolve. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategy, Leadership, and Execution- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with company, department, and store goals.
- Lead and develop the Marketing Specialist and seasonal Marketing Intern, establishing clear responsibilities and priorities.
- Work alongside the Marketing Specialist and provide hands-on execution support as needed.
- Coordinate marketing projects, deadlines, and team workloads, adjusting priorities to keep commitments on track.
- Manage agency relationships, budgets, deliverables, and performance, keeping leadership informed of plans and results.
- Use technology, including AI tools where appropriate, to support content development, streamline marketing tasks, and improve efficiency.
Campaigns, Content, and Website- Develop campaigns supporting new and used equipment sales, parts, and service across Agriculture, Lawn and Garden, and Compact Construction Equipment.
- Support marketing for Reynolds’ agronomy and data management services.
- Develop and execute short- and long-form content strategies in partnership with the Marketing Specialist to educate current and prospective customers, support business goals, and expand brand awareness and reach.
- Oversee advertising, email, social media, print, photography, and video content while maintaining consistent branding and messaging.
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva applications to help create and edit marketing materials as needed.
- Manage website updates within the marketing team and coordinate with the website agency on changes, enhancements, and new content.
- Improve website usability, search visibility, and lead generation, including coordination of website forms and campaign tracking with HubSpot.
- Help plan and execute company events and partner with internal teams on recruitment marketing, particularly for technicians.
HubSpot and Performance Measurement- Lead marketing’s use of HubSpot for contact segmentation, email campaigns, lead nurturing, automation, and reporting.
- Own marketing lead capture, routing, tracking, and reporting; partner with department leaders on follow-up standards and lead outcomes.
- Maintain organized marketing contacts and campaign information, following company standards for data quality and communication preferences.
- Establish campaign objectives, evaluate performance and attributable business results, and use findings to improve marketing investment.
- Support shared goals for sales growth, customer retention, and market share.
Budget and Manufacturer Co-op- Manage marketing spending and coordinate invoices and reporting with finance leadership.
- Maximize eligible manufacturer co-op reimbursement through planning, compliant documentation, and timely claims submission.
- Ensure marketing materials meet manufacturer requirements and attend relevant meetings and training as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:- 5+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience, including campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people, manage agencies or vendors, and oversee marketing budgets.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform.
- Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva applications relevant to marketing content.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with website content management, search engine optimization, and digital analytics.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance strategic responsibilities, hands-on support, and competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and business judgement, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate work on time.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and work effectively with employees, leadership, agencies, and other external partners.
- Ability to analyze internal and external marketing reports, interpret results, and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
- Working knowledge of budgeting and financial principles, with the ability to manage marketing spending and evaluate return on investment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in Agriculture, Lawn and Garden, Compact Construction Equipment, dealerships, or a related industry.
- Familiarity with John Deere products, dealership operations, and manufacturer co-op programs.
- Direct HubSpot experience and experience producing graphics, photography, or video content.
- Experience developing and executing short- and long-form content strategies that address customer and company needs, educate current and prospective customers, and expand brand awareness and reach. This includes concept development, content planning, and production in partnership with the Marketing Specialist.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:- Fully on-site at Reynolds Farm Equipment’s Atlanta Headquarters, 1451 E. 276th St., Atlanta, IN 46031, Monday – Friday with occasional additional hours or adjustments for business needs.
- Occasional travel to Reynolds locations, manufacturer meetings, and industry events.
- Assigned workspace in a shared office, with regular computer and telephone use and extended periods of sitting or standing.
- Occasional walking, bending, reaching, and lifting of materials up to 50 pounds.
