Corporate Director Of Digital Strategy

Arlo Hotels, an independent lifestyle hotel is now actively seeking a dynamic Corporate Director of Digital Strategy. This position will be responsible for managing the brands' digital footprint, driving direct bookings to the Arlo website and achieving overall Sales & Revenue goals for Arlo Hotels Brand.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

• Manage all aspects of digital and eCommerce business operations, improve market share of direct channels and drive online bookings.
• Responsible for business planning, online strategy, digital campaigns execution, and implementation, migration and management of third-party vendors.
• Utilize CMS (Wordpress) to manage the Arlo Hotels website, create landing pages, optimize user experience, while driving demand and improving conversions.
• CRM and Email Marketing - must have experience working with Cendyn, our email platform, for both transactional and marketing email campaigns and reporting.
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Ability to set up and optimize PPC and retargeting campaigns on both Google Ads and Bing, display (GDN) and paid social (Facebook ads).
• Plan and execute all SEO (Search Engine Optimization) campaigns.
• Content Marketing- Create, write and manage monthly content on the Arlo Blog for SEO campaigns.
• GDS campaign management- Oversee digital ad assets and channel spend strategy through our partnership with Amadeus Have experience optimizing and managing Metasearch campaigns on WIHP. Measure and report performance of all digital and paid social campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, IT, F&B and property teams to further develop existing and identifying new traffic and revenue generating initiatives.
• Manage advertising spend on P&L and E-Commerce budget for each property.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Collaborate with and manage agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Responsible for 3rd party supplier selection, price negotiations, budget management and project management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-10 years proven working experience in digital marketing and E-Commerce.
• Strong commercial background with proven track record in online revenue generation.
• Demonstrable experience managing metasearch, SEO, PPC, display and paid social campaigns.
• 5+ years experience working with CRM platforms and executing email marketing campaigns.
• HTML coding experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, solid knowledge of Excel and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strategic planning and goal setting and excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Hotel industry experience highly preferred.
• Master or Bachelor degree required.

Salary Range: $155,000 - $185,000
