Overview:
- Analyze acquisition opportunities and support transaction execution
- Build financial models, valuations, and operating analyses
- Conduct industry, market, and competitive research
- Assist with due diligence and investment evaluation
- Support strategic growth initiatives across portfolio companies
- Evaluate new market opportunities, products, and business lines
- Participate in post-acquisition integration projects
- Prepare investment materials, presentations, and executive reporting
- Work directly with senior leadership and operating company management teams
The Ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
- 0-2 years of professional experience
- Background in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Consulting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Interest in both M&A and broader business strategy
