    Corporate Development Analyst

    Location: Arlington, VA

    Overview:

    • Analyze acquisition opportunities and support transaction execution
    • Build financial models, valuations, and operating analyses
    • Conduct industry, market, and competitive research
    • Assist with due diligence and investment evaluation
    • Support strategic growth initiatives across portfolio companies
    • Evaluate new market opportunities, products, and business lines
    • Participate in post-acquisition integration projects
    • Prepare investment materials, presentations, and executive reporting
    • Work directly with senior leadership and operating company management teams

    The Ideal candidate has:

    • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
    • 0-2 years of professional experience
    • Background in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Consulting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
    • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Interest in both M&A and broader business strategy
